In 1908, Frank Parsons established the first vocational guidance clinic and outlined the basic principals of vocational guidance, cementing him as the founding father of vocational psychology.

One hundred years later, we honor his work and the contribution of other renowned leaders that have guided the field of career guidance, education, and development with a year of celebratory events.
